- Prohibited Use: You may not use SuperGenAI to generate media that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. Additionally, you may not use automated systems or software to extract data from SuperGenAI for commercial purposes (commonly known as 'scraping') without prior written permission from Tritech Labs Limited.4. User-Generated Content
You may input text prompts to generate images, video and music. You retain all rights to your prompts but grant Tritech Labs Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the prompts to generate video and improve our services.5. Disclaimer of Warranties
SuperGenAI is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tritech Labs Limited does not warrant that the app will be continuously available, or that the service will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.6. Refund Policy

Credits that have been fully or partially used are non-refundable under any circumstances.Chargebacks and Unauthorized Purchases
